Since 2010, Maghreb Solutions has enhanced the quality of its operations processes with an eye to customer satisfaction – as well as to the satisfaction of all its stakeholders.

Since our customers' high expectations are ever-evolving, we must be able to guarantee reliable and quick services, through a flawless quality system and full control of our processes.

As a result of our commitment at the management level, and team involvement, the group and all its activities have been certified according to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) since 2017. In 2021, we were also certified according to the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

These certifications anchor our company’s dynamic of continuous improvement to better serve our customers. They are a token of the quality and efficiency of Maghreb Solutions’ services.

Our QSE Policy

Since 2020, Maghreb Solutions’ management team has affirmed its desire to develop a QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) policy central to its activities and strategic orientations.

Conscious of contemporary concerns – and particularly global warming – Maghreb Solutions takes its role in the green transition to heart. It looks for ways to reduce its impact and opts for solutions that are more respectful of the environment.

This is why Maghreb Solutions dedicated over a year working diligently on reducing the emissions and pollution generated by its business. It also eliminated plastic waste from its infrastructure and promotes responsible purchasing.

An integrated continuous improvement approach

At Maghreb Solutions, our people are our primary resource. This is why our management team accepts the responsibility of attending to their health and safety by evaluating occupational risks. Subsequently, appropriate measures are implemented in the field to prevent these risks in concertation with employees, getting them involved in the process.

Since 2020, Maghreb Solutions’ main goal is to step up its safety signage and safety-related measures in loading and unloading areas. It also aims to further develop employee skills and competences in the area of dangerous goods transport.

The dynamic driven by Management and the resources it has provided, along with staff mobilisation and involvement in EHS initiatives, are what enabled the company to obtain its international certifications for ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 on September 7, 2021.
